Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control. Balanced Mutt Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible at support@balancedmutt.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been placed.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@balancedmutt.com and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
